Training – Sales training is assessed according to team requirements but can cover the full sales process: from telephone answering to how to write a proposal; from negotiating to how to create packages; from chase systems to show rounds; from closing the deal to yield management.
Creating marketing initiatives – Marketing initiatives generate sales when planned alongside the sales activity plans. Suggestions on how to market a venue will be created line with the sales plan.
Covering team gaps – Roles can be covered on a project basis to fill a personnel gap, either short or long term. Recruitment advice from Job Descriptions through the full recruitment process can be offered.
Full sales reviews – Should an overview of a sales team and their activity be required, a full and detailed constructive report is provided and presented with analysis, any recommendations for change and how to implement those changes.
