Explore
Questions will be asked to understand the project requirements, the current situation and the outcome required. At this stage The Project Hub will be listening very carefully to understand the parameters of the project in order to be able to provide a meaningful and accurate project proposal with costs. Constructive discussion about the project takes place at this time so that there is no misunderstanding as to the scope of the project and what is required. 

Engage
Once the timescale, boundaries, objectives and cost of the project are agreed and The Project Hub has been contracted, engagement with relevant team members begins. This is a key time to obtain the trust and buy in of team members and engagement with each member varies according to the project objectives. Many questions are asked during this engagement period to ensure that any proposed changes are based on the correct analysis.

Execute
All changes, mode of change and timescales are agreed prior to implementation. Should interim cover be required it is at this stage that recruitment and project cover would be discussed. 

Evaluate
Dependant on the project, the evaluation process will vary and will be agreed in advance, be it daily, weekly or monthly feedback. The importance of the evaluation process and return on investment is fully understood.
