The Project Hub was set up in 2014 to support venues sell and market themselves within the MICE market place. Past work experience includes Gardner Merchant, Sodexo, Compass Group plc, Centaur Media plc, Delaware North and Bourne Leisure as well as individually owned companies such as Hedsor House and Lavender Green. This career path has created a broad knowledge of unusual venues and the ability to offer the following:

- business acumen to identify new business opportunities and action those opportunities
- strategic awareness to take a wider view of how to grow venue sales
- the tenacity as well as sensitivity to implement change

What has brought success?
The success of The Project Hub has been down to client relationships built over time throughout a career of working in venues, for corporate catering companies and through networking. Relationships have been built on trust, integrity and proven sales results over many years. Leading by example, encouraging team ideas and acknowledging successes whilst applying strategic business acumen has been key. However, these elements are only relevant if results are achieved, and the success of The Project Hub has been down to the positive results that have been achieved since inception.
